Kawakawa is a native plant found in the New Zealand bush and can be used to treat infections and reduce inflammation in various skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis and acne. It can help soothe mild sunburn, insect bites, minor cuts and burns and dry and chapped skin. Every first aid kit or medicine cabinet should have some kawakawa!!
